Quality management

ISO 9001:2015ISO 9001ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system. It asks you to understand what your customers need, define the processes that deliver it, measure how well those processes perform, and correct them when they fall short.

Environmental management

ISO 14001:2015ISO 14001ISO 14001 is the international standard for an environmental management system. It requires you to know which of your activities affect the environment, comply with the law that applies to them, and demonstrably reduce the impacts you can control.

Occupational health and safety

ISO 45001:2018ISO 45001ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management. It replaced OHSAS 18001, and it requires that the people exposed to a hazard have a say in how it is controlled.

Business continuity

ISO 22301:2019ISO 22301ISO 22301 is the international standard for business continuity management. It asks which of your activities cannot stop, how long they can be interrupted before the damage is material, and whether you have tested your answer rather than written it down.
